• Only a valid and established company can become a VSource distributor. Individuals do not qualify.
• You must provide a valid non-taxable certificate and confirm that you intend to resell VSource products to your end users.
• Distributors must maintain at least 1 full time employee who is trained on the product or products that they wish to resell.
• Distributors must be able to provide support to their end users on the products that they wish to resell.
• Distributors can contact VSource support in the event that they cannot resolve a problem. Distributor support is provided free.
• Distributors may be required to maintain a quarterly, or annual sales quota in order to receive special distributor pricing.
